byKUTT Booking is a booking and request management application developed by byKUTT.
The application helps businesses manage customer booking requests, product or service availability, approvals, reminders, and calendar-based reservations from one central system.
What the app does
byKUTT Booking allows users and administrators to:
- submit booking or availability requests;
- manage active booking requests;
- approve, deny, or cancel bookings;
- view booking details and availability;
- receive booking-related email notifications;
- synchronize approved bookings with Google Calendar;
- sign in securely using Google, when enabled by the site administrator.
The app is mainly used by businesses that need a simple booking workflow for customer requests, rental items, services, or scheduled availability.
Use of Google services
byKUTT Booking may request access to Google services only when the user or site administrator enables Google-related features.
The app may use Google Sign-In to authenticate users securely and identify the account connected to the booking system.
If Google Calendar integration is enabled, the app may create, view, update, or delete calendar events related to bookings. This is used only to keep booking information synchronized with the connected calendar.
Why user data is requested
byKUTT Booking requests user data only for the following purposes:
- to identify the user account;
- to allow secure login;
- to display and manage the user’s own bookings;
- to create and update booking-related calendar events;
- to send booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates;
- to allow administrators to manage booking requests.
The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or selling user information.
Data handled by the app
Depending on the enabled features, byKUTT Booking may process:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number, if provided;
- booking request details;
- selected dates and times;
- booking status;
- Google account identity information;
- Google Calendar event information related to bookings.
Google Calendar data is used only for booking synchronization and is not used for unrelated purposes.
Data sharing
byKUTT Booking does not sell user data.
User data is only shared when necessary to provide the booking service, comply with legal obligations, or operate required technical infrastructure. Google user data is not transferred to third parties for advertising or unrelated analytics purposes.
